  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring months and the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.
  • Pool access, gym, and communal areas require the Latch app for entry.
  • Kitchen amenities provided: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
  • Bathroom amenities provided in each full bathroom: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
  • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom are provided.
  • Add-ons: Pack & Play and Highchair are available for rent via a partner service. Please inquire if needed; these are add-ons and not included in your reservation.
  • Luggage holding service is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, subject to availability. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
